DETAILS

Blok makes premium barbecues and accessories in their Derby workshop, making each piece by hand, with feedback from chefs and customers. Inspired by Japanese konro grills, the Blok Nako Table Grill is durable and user-friendly, with a robust stainless steel exterior, a ceramic (vermiculite) lining for excellent heat retention, and an air flow vents that let you control the temperature. Handles on the sides of the grill make it easy to transport, and its compact size makes it easy to store when not in use. The grill top is made of high-carbon mild steel, which retains high levels of heat for perfect searing, and becomes even better with time as it seasons naturally. Fixed with location pins for stability, the grill top can be easily removed for cleaning, or for swapping with other Blok grilling surfaces. The base can be filled with any kind of charcoal, from standard lumpwood (which takes 10-15 minutes to heat up and runs for 45 minutes-1 hour) to compressed charcoal (which takes 35-45 minutes to heat up the grill and runs for about 5 hours).
